Affinity scheme

The SAS Daniels LLP Affinity scheme provides our business clients and other eligible businesses with access to a genuine discount off a core range of our legal services for their staff.  This can be provided as part of an employer’s staff benefit package, while not costing a penny.

The advantage to the employer is that they receive an attractive no-cost benefit for employees; while we are introduced to new potential clients.  We even provide a range of marketing support to help you promote the scheme.

What services are included?

This scheme has been developed over many years and provides a fixed fee discounted rate (that can amount to a discount of up to 25%) on a range of legal services that employees typically require.  The legal services included as part of this scheme are:

Buying or selling a home

  • Residential property conveyancing

Planning for the future

  • Wills
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

Family breakdown services

  • Divorce
  • Separation

Affinity eligibility

To be eligible for the Affinity scheme, an employer will:

  1. Be an existing business client of the firm, or typically have over 25 people on their payroll;
  2. Agree to only offer our Affinity scheme to their employees (i.e. no other solicitors’ schemes); and
  3. Actively promote it to their staff.
