I agree that there is no logical reason for weekend provision to be less impressive than in the week; but I think that is unfortunately the experience for most people. This leaves weekend users feeling somewhat less than impressed and that is a shame. Most individual medical professionals are immensely committed and dedicated, in my experience, so it&#039;s disappointing if users of the NHS are not struck by the impressive and efficient nature of the service. I think that issues in the framework and infrastructure, that are no doubt influenced by lack of funding, create, with largely good justification, a perception, in many of the public, that does not do justice to the personal efforts of a lot of individuals. That is precisely why I&#039;d like to see a shift towards a more seven day operational system.</description>
