Recent work

  • A will & LPA for a vulnerable client who's friend was taking advantage by having their name added on the client's bank account which I rectified with some involvement from Social Services
  • Estate Administration for a person who died intestate and there were no details of any family members, investigatory work I made an application to court to deal with the funds
  • A will for a client with mental health issues and liaising with the doctors to ensure the will was valid

How I make a difference

Clients often instruct us to make a will or LPA with ideas of what they want and not necessarily what they need. I give advice about the relevant areas of law but I also review the client’s personal circumstances and set out the options available to them in plain English so that they can make an informed decision about what's right for them. Many clients have gone away with a much better solution to address their concerns and have commented how helpful this approach is and recommended my services to others.
