I am the head of the Employment team and responsible for setting up SAS Protect, which was one of the first fixed price insurance backed employment law products in the country.  I regularly represent clients in employment tribunals.

Recent work

• Successfully acted for a large hire purchase company in a four day Tribunal hearing which resulted in a substantial costs order being made against the Employee
• Worked closely with a number of Schools on the Wirral to put together a fixed price, insurance backed, employment law and HR support packages
• Successfully represented one of the largest furniture manufacturers in the UK in two Tribunal claims. A robust approach led to both claims being struck out
