Introduction

I head the commercial team within our Corporate Group, advising a broad range of business clients on corporate and commercial transactions. My work involves advising clients on a wide range of commercial and trading agreements including supply of goods and services, outsourcing, IT, IP, distribution, agency, franchising and data protection. I also advice on acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements and general company law issues.

• Advised a University technical college, on its IT outsourcing arrangements with an international outsourcer
• Advised GTA England on its funding agreements with their commercial partners
• Acted for a major subcontractor on suite of complex agreements relating to the offtake and disposal of waste materials in connection with a national £750m waste PFI project
