• Dealing with complex shareholder issues on an individuals exit from the company and documenting those arrangements that protected the client from exposure that was potentially critical
• Drafting a complex set of commercial agreements that protected the client’s interests that previously had been exposed thereby enhancing the value of the business
• Dealing with due diligence in connection with a proposed acquisition which revealed some major issues that ultimately saved the client considerable sums of money
