Introduction

As head of the Older and Vulnerable Client team, I advise clients nationally with NHS Continuing Healthcare Funding claims and appeals. I also assist with other long term care issues such as Local Authority funding, assessments, direct payments and other disputes, and advise on the management of private funding.  In addition, I specialise in Court of Protection work, as well as personalisation, safeguarding and capacity issues.
