• I recently acted for Indian owned multinational Tata Consultancy Services Limited in the successful defence of multiple claims in front of the London Central Employment Tribunal advising the Company and acting as advocate.
• I acted for Pinewood Repro Limited before the Employment Appeal Tribunal in October 2010 in a widely reported case concerning redundancy selection.
• I acted for another international business client before the Employment Appeal Tribunal in 2009 in a case concerning discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation.
