How I make a difference

I am an approachable no fuss individual who likes to see the job through. I try to avoid contentious situations which have no place in real estate transactions where normally one person wants to sell or let and the other wants to sell or rent and it is the lawyers job to facilitate that by appropriate and proportionate safeguards for both parties.
