I advise clients nationwide on a wide range of personal injury matters, including RTAs, accidents at work, slip/trip accidents, product liability and cases involving occupier’s liability issues.  I speak Urdu fluently so I am able to take instructions in Urdu if clients require this service.

• Successfully negotiated settlement in an RTA matter from £4,296 to £23,000 without obtaining further medical evidence
• Assisted in a case where we were acting on behalf of the defendant and successfully agreed a reduced settlement figure
• I was successful at a trial in which the defendant had continuously denied liability from the outset

How I make a difference

I am passionate about personal injury work and empathise with my clients during what is quite often a very difficult and traumatic time for them, in which they are trying to adapt their lifestyles following their respective injuries.
