I represent clients of many descriptions, from major Banks to small private companies and individuals in relation to commercial disputes. I have particular expertise in partnership and LLP disputes. I have lectured on the law of LLPs for Central Law Training and am a guest lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University.

• Successfully acted for three Partners in major Liverpool practice who wished to leave together in spite of adverse provisions in Partnership Agreement
• Professional negligence claim against quantity surveyors engaged to convert an historic building into apartments
• Defence of charges of fraudulent evasion of Excise Duty including two appeals to Court of Appeal on separate issues
