I represent clients of many descriptions, from major Banks to small private companies and individuals in relation to commercial disputes. I have particular expertise in partnership and LLP disputes. I have lectured on the law of LLPs for Central Law Training and am a guest lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University.

- Defence of charges of fraudulent evasion of Excise Duty including two appeals to Court of Appeal on separate issues
