As Chief Operating Officer Andrew is responsible for the firm’s central management team which includes HR, Marketing, Knowledge Management, IT, Premises and Facilities, Risk and Finance. He joined the firm in January 2003 after completing an MBA at Manchester Business School and has seen the firm develop and grow through two mergers and the opening of a Chester office. Previously he worked for 12 years in the agricultural and veterinary industry where he gained experience in consultancy, sales and marketing, managing change and in particular the pressures faced by owner managed businesses.

Andrew is married and has a daughter. In his spare time he runs a photography club at his local church and enjoys travelling and playing golf when he can find time.
