Having obtained a degree in English Literature at Manchester University and spending 5 years working for an environmental conservation charity, Genevieve then decided to join the legal profession. She studied the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester and subsequently took short term placements with several North West firms before beginning her training contract with SAS Daniels LLP in September 2007. Genevieve qualified into our Probate department in May 2009, where she specialises in Administration of Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and long term care funding issues.

In her spare time, Genevieve enjoys walking, running, cycling, tennis, food, and foreign travel. She has an Elementary Pilot’s Certificate in hanggliding and is a keen practitioner of astanga yoga.
