Lorna joined the firm in 2006 having completed her training in 2002 and became an Associate in July 2009. Based in Stockport she specialises in commercial law. Lorna has considerable experience in advising mainly owner managed businesses on a range of commercial issues, including the acquisition and disposal of businesses, preparation of standard terms and conditions and preparation of partnership agreements.

Lorna is married with two young children and in her free time enjoys swimming, reading and socialising.
