Nigel qualified in 1978 and after more than 20 years as a Partner became a Consultant to the firm in 2005. Nigel advises both national and local businesses on a range of commercial matters including commercial leases, commercial property sales and purchases and business sales and purchases. Nigel’s litigious experience covers landlord and tenant matters, acting for landlords and tenants in court proceedings with respect to business lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1984 and advice on action required in respect of schedules of dilapidations.

Nigel when not in the office enjoys skiing, travel and football.
