Angela qualified in 1991 and has been a Partner since 1997. Angela originally practised in Macclesfield but moved to Stockport in October 1999 to join the Residential Property department and became Departmental Manager in 2006. Angela, currently based at our Bramhall office, specialises in residential conveyancing and can offer a great deal of experience and knowledge to clients.

Angela enjoys opera, keeping fit and travelling.

Philip qualified in 1971 and after, joined the firm in 1979, becoming a partner in 1986. His main specialisation has always been residential conveyancing. Philip retired from the partnership in May 2005 and now acts as a consultant.

He is married with three children, living in Macclesfield and enjoys singing, walking and gardening.

Susan started working in 1994 as a paralegal in residential property with a development company dealing with all their residential land purchases and plot sales. Sue then went into private practice before joining the firms Residential Property department, based in our Stockport office.

When not walking and feeding four dogs, Sue likes to listen to music (any kind) and practice her singing!

Catherine Allen, an employed Member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, joined the firm in March 2001 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in February 2005. Having worked in the legal profession since 1985, Catherine is experienced in most types of residential property transactions.

Her interests include bird watching, handicrafts, photography and history.

Emma Smith, based at the Macclesfield office, joined the firm in 2006 as a conveyancing executive in our residential property department. She became a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in January 2007 and has knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing with several years experience as a fee earner behind her. Emma has a full financial planning certificate.

In her spare time she will be found walking her three border collies, fishing or cooking.

Ana joined the firm in 2003. During her time at the firm she has been supported in her studies and has now qualified as a Specialist Conveyancer. Ana is a fee earner based at the Bramhall office and deals with all aspects of Residential Property Law.

Ana enjoys keeping fit and travelling and spends a lot of weekends walking in the Lake District. A lot of her spare time is taken up by her two Springer Spaniels.

Cherry qualified as a solicitor in 2007 after studying at Staffordshire Law School. She joined the firm in July 2008. Cherry is based at our Congleton office and specialises in residential Conveyancing, with particular interest in shared ownership and equity release matters.

In her spare time, Cherry likes to enjoy good food and wine with friends, as well as walking, reading and trying to keep fit.
