Helen Wood becomes associate at sas daniels solicitors in Macclesfield

Cheshire’s largest law firm has promoted Probate and Trusts solicitor Helen Wood to Associate at its Macclesfield office.

Helen, who qualified in September 2005, is the manager of sas daniels Trust Department specialising in Trust Administration which includes advising clients on the creation, day-to-day administration, termination and taxation of trusts.

As part of the Probate Department, Helen also advises on Estate Administrations, Wills and Estate Planning and Personal Tax matters. She is a committee member of the Macclesfield Law Society and a member of STEP (the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners).

Helen and fiancé Kieron are due to get married in August 2008, and so she is currently busy planning her big day – as well as taking on her new role in the firm.

sas daniels plans to continue to expand throughout Cheshire. The firm currently has offices in Stockport, Macclesfield, Chester, Congleton and Bramhall.
