Lorna Bennett Promoted to Partner at SAS Daniels LLP

Corporate lawyer Lorna Bennett has been promoted to partner.

Lorna, who is based at our Stockport office, was a key member of the Corporate team that drove through the revival and change of ownership of Stockport County Football Club in June (see videos).

Lorna, from Whaley Bridge, Derbyshire, joined the firm in 2006 from Rowlands, Manchester, where she qualified following graduation from the University of Sheffield. She initially worked within our Corporate and Commercial Property team, and is now a partner in our newly-formed Corporate department. One of her first deals at SAS Daniels was the completion of a £20 million business sale.
