Clinical Negligence

If you have suffered from unexpectedly poor medical, dental treatment or poor nursing practice, you may have a claim for compensation. Often very complex, these cases are different from ‘accident’ claims as we, the lawyers, are rarely able to advise you of the prospects of success at the initial interview, as we are not doctors, dentist or nurses. We do, however, have a panel of specialist doctors with whom we work in close collaboration in order to advise you. With their input, in the form of expert reports, we can advise you whether your claim is likely to be successful and what it might be worth.
