Divorce/Civil Partnership Dissolution
This is a legal process by which a marriage or civil partnership is dissolved. Divorce proceedings can be brought on the grounds of adultery, unreasonable behaviour, desertion (very rare) or 2 years separation with consent or 5 years separation.
